The Ceda Program will be back up and running starting
September 1, 2005. All applicants are being
accepted on a first come first serve basis.

 In order to qualify for this program, the following information will be needed:

• Current light and heating bill
• Social Security cards for everyone in household
• Proof of Income from 30 days
• Lease  or Mortgage Statement

Application will be processed once all information has been received.
